About Our Church

All Saints Prescott is a member parish of the Diocese of the West, the Anglican Province of America, a province of the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church instituted by our Lord Jesus Christ. Anglican refers to our spiritual heritage and roots in the Church of England. That heritage has been maintained in the United States since 1607 A.D., and continues today in the Anglican Church throughout the Americas and the world.

The “traditional” Anglican Church remains faithful to scripture and the faith delivered to us by our forefathers in the Anglican Church, the Great Western Church, and the early Church established by the Apostles based on the teachings of Jesus Christ. Its beliefs are scripturally based as explained in the Creeds and the tradition of the Church. Our bishops hold valid consecrations and are in apostolic succession to the original Apostles, who were chosen by Christ Himself.
